Our Solutions
SAP Business One
Integration
Our eDoc AddOn is a complement for SAP Business One that extends the system’s functionality, adding buttons, validations, and easy-to-use screens so you can issue and receive electronic documents without altering the business logic. All this without needing to leave the SAP Business One screens. Yes, it’s that practical!
SAP R3,
ECC, S/4 Integration
Our native integration for these ERP versions allows you to issue and receive electronic documents very quickly.
The solution consists of a connector that sends information from the ERP to the eDoc server, which is hosted in the cloud and is responsible for validating the accuracy of the information before creating the XML.
Once created, it is signed and assigned a code, then sent to the SRI for final validation.
Integrations with other ERPs, internal developments, or billing systems
Electronic Invoicing may seem like a complex process, but we know firsthand how to make it simpler for you.
We have done it in large, medium, and small companies in Latin America, developing a stable and robust product so that the integration with your ERP, internal development, or billing system achieves the desired success.
Integration with points of sale
The service integration allows for the detection of electronic documents arriving at the ERP from the point of sale and subsequently sending them for their respective authorization, enabling process automation so that the user does not have to manually resend each document to the tax authority. Additionally, depending on the proposed integration, the sequence and other data must be mapped to be sent correctly to the tax authority, along with validations of the information coming from the point of sale.

Taxpayers must submit their request through the Internal Revenue Service (SRI) website: www.sri.gob.ec, under the “Electronic Invoicing” option available in “SRI online”. To invoice electronically, you must also have an electronic signature.
It is a virtual document that certifies the link between the signature and a person, whether natural or legal. It is the equivalent of a handwritten signature and is valid according to the Law on Electronic Commerce, Electronic Signatures, and Data Messages.
At GuruSoft, we can help you with this process efficiently so you can obtain your electronic signature quickly
